WELCOME to our Website!  Please take a few moments to browse and learn how Jesus Christ is making a difference through AAVI.  

OUR VISION - To Make Christ known in the poverty stricken rural communities of the Dominican Republic.

THE APPROACH to Ministry has already changed many lives for Eternity, and, over 100,000 people have benefited from the AAVI Ministry.

OUR STRATEGY - We identify communities that have, or desire to have Christian Leadership.  Once identified, we provide resources and training for them to be self-sufficient while simultaneously creating a platform for ministry.     Mark 9:41 "...anyone who gives you a cup of water in My Name...will certainly not lose his reward."  This platform is created in several areas:

SPIRITUAL:

 a)  Train local Pastors             

 b)  Provide Bibles, Teaching Aids, etc 

 HEALTH:    

a)  Training in nutrition, hygiene, and infant care  

b)  Installation of latrines and pure water systems

HOUSING

a) Training in the proper construction and repair of homes

b)  Emergency relief support

PEOPLE ALL OVER THE WORLD have very similar basic needs: pure water, health, shelter, food and a desire to know Spiritual Truth.  AAVI works to bring pure water & health/hygiene to underserved populations while presenting Jesus Christ as mankind's only hope of achieving Heaven.
